Over the last six years, I've had the privilege of serving as the Head of Design at Lightmatter. As the founding designer, I played a pivotal role in implementing strategies and processes that transformed Lightmatter from a development agency into a comprehensive design and development powerhouse.

Throughout my journey, I have led the creation of numerous projects that significantly contributed to the successful launch of initiatives for a diverse set of clients, including NYU Langone Fertility Clinic, Ayble, and Pearl Health. In recent years, my greatest passion has been nurturing and expanding a team from a one-person operation to a group of six adept designers. Together, we've effectively launched brands and products for small businesses, startups, and large enterprises.
